About this mod Author’s original text
EWP Player Reward
A small extension for Expand World Prefabs that allows rewards to scale based on the number of nearby players.
Requirements
- BepInEx
- Expand World Prefabs 1.60.0+
What This Mod Does
The mod adds a new Expand World Prefabs function:
PlayerReward
It calculates a reward based on:
- Number of nearby players
- Player detection radius
- Base reward
- Creature level
- Bonus per additional player
Formula
The reward is calculated using:
Reward = (BaseReward × Level) × (1 + Bonus × (Players - 1))
The first player does not increase the reward.
Each additional player adds the configured percentage to the level-scaled base reward.
For example, a bonus value of 0.5 means +50% for each additional player.
Usage
Example Expand World Prefabs rule:
- prefab: Troll
type: destroy
spawn:
- prefab: Coins
data: int, stack,:::20:10::0.5>
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
