Delete items from your inventory or chests by hovering over them and pressing Delete. Asks for confirmation once per inventory opening.

About this mod Author’s original text

DelTT

Delete unwanted items straight from your inventory or any chest. No more dropping junk on the floor or tossing it into a fire.

How to use

  • Open your inventory or a chest.
  • Hover the mouse over an item.
  • Press Delete.

The whole stack in that slot is deleted.

Confirmation

The first time you delete something after opening your inventory or a chest, a confirmation popup appears (Yes / No, Esc = No).

Once you confirm, any further items are deleted without asking, until you close the inventory. When you open it again, the next delete asks first.

Safety

  • Equipped items (weapons, armor, …) are unequipped before they are deleted.
  • Nothing is deleted while you are dragging an item, splitting a stack, or typing in chat, the console or a text field (for example a search box added by another mod).
  • A message in the top-left corner shows what was deleted.

Deleting is permanent. Deleted items cannot be recovered.

Configuration

After the first launch, the config file is created at BepInEx/config/lukas.deltt.cfg:

| Setting | Default | Description |

|---|---|---|

| DeleteKey | Delete | Key that deletes the hovered item |

| ConfirmFirstDelete | true | Show the confirmation popup on the first delete after opening the inventory or a chest |

| Language | Auto | Popup and message language: Auto (Slovak if the game is set to Slovak, otherwise English), English, Slovak |

Multiplayer

The mod is client-side only. Other players and the server don't need it. Deleting items from shared chests works too.

Known limitations

  • Mouse and keyboard only. Gamepad is not supported.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin

  1. The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
  2. Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
  3. Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
  4. Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.

Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
