DadsEZCrafting
DadsEZCrafting adds compact native-styled search, category, progression-tier, and ordering controls to Valheim 1.0.12 crafting-station menus.
Type and tier selection use dropdown menus. The craft-button row also provides -, quantity, +, and Max controls. Hold left Ctrl while clicking + or - to change the quantity by ten. Max uses Valheim's live requirement calculation to select the largest affordable batch.
Default state
- Type: All
- Tier: All Tiers
- Sort: Native
Item categories
Weapons, Armor, Shields, Ammo / Throwables, Food, Tools, Materials, and Other.
Progression tiers
Meadows, Black Forest, Swamps, Mountain, Plains, Mistlands, Ashlands, and Deep North.
Food recipes can be ordered by Health, Stamina, or Eitr. Tier classification uses the live recipe output, required materials, and crafting station. Configurable prefab-name hints support modded recipes and future content.
The toolbar remains inside the native recipe-list column and does not replace the crafting details, requirements, upgrade, or craft-button areas.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
