Custom Toolbar Hotkeys - Fork of Aedenthorn
Working fork was only found. Original pages can be found or GitHub.
This mod overrides the 1-8 hotkeys and lets you reassign them to any key code following Unity's Conventional Game Input scheme.
By default, the hotkeys are set to vanilla values.
There is an option to hide the numbers over each toolbar item, and another option to show the new values.
Showing new values depends on HideNumbers = true, and will show the entire string, so probably not useful for things like joystick button 0.
Config
A config file BepInEx/config/aedenthorn.CustomToolbarHotkeys.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod.
You can adjust the config values by editing this file using a text editor or in-game using the Config Manager.
To reload the config from the config file, type customtoolbarhotkeys reset into the game's console (F5).
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
