CraftSort
Sort crafting recipes by stats — one click, instant order.
CraftSort adds a small icon panel next to Valheim crafting stations. Use it to sort armor, weapons, shields, food, and new recipes without searching by hand.
What's new in 1.3.3
Today's update focuses on Valheim 0.221.13 / Unity 6 compatibility and UI polish:
- Fixed the vanilla Food Preparation Table being detected as a combat/crafting bench.
- Food stations now show the food panel correctly: Preparation Table, Cauldron, Mead Cauldron, ovens/grills and similar modded stations.
- Improved food/combat station detection by reading recipe stats instead of relying on fragile item type checks.
- Fixed armor and block sorting noise from Valheim default values.
- Updated the 2H filter for current Valheim weapon types.
- Fixed resize behavior for the button panels:
- handle stays on the panel edge;
- panel no longer drifts after releasing the handle;
- food and combat panels both clamp to their real button width;
- old oversized saved widths are corrected automatically.
- Made the New tab cleaner with a small yellow count badge.
- Hardened AAA Crafting compatibility fallback.
- Hardened viewed-recipe file loading/deleting.
- Reduced station detection log spam.
Features
- Food and combat panels — CraftSort automatically shows the right panel for the station you opened.
- One-click sorting — sort by armor, block, damage type, food health, stamina, eitr, name or new recipes.
- Weapon filters — 1H / 2H filter buttons can be combined with any combat sort.
- New recipe indicator — yellow dots mark recipes you have not clicked yet.
- Clean button — marks recipes as viewed and clears yellow dots.
- Drag & resize — move each panel and choose how many columns you want.
- Separate food/combat layout — both panels remember their own position and width.
- Per-button config — hide buttons you do not use.
- Per-character persistence — viewed recipes are tracked separately per character.
- AAA Crafting compatible — sorts the full recipe list before AAA pagination.
- Client-side only — no server installation required.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file. In multiplayer, the host and every client need the same mods installed.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
