ChatWheel
Transforms the emote wheel into a fully functional chat wheel
About this mod Author’s original text
ChatWheel for V Rising
ChatWheel is a server-side modification for V Rising that transforms the emote wheel into a fully functional chat wheel.
It supports chat commands and dynamic placeholders that provide precise information such as cooldowns, debuff timers, and player locations in real time. By reducing language barriers and improving clarity of communication, ChatWheel enables teams to coordinate more effectively and perform at a higher competitive level.
Feel free to contact me on Discord (nova_nova) if you have any questions or need assistance with the mod.

Installation
- Install BepInEx, which is required for modding VRising. Follow the instructions provided at BepInEx Installation Guide to set it up correctly in your VRising game directory.
- Download the ChatWheel mod along with its dependency (VCF). Ensure you select the correct versions that are compatible with your game.
- After downloading, locate the.dll files for ChatWheel and its dependency. Move or copy these.dll files into the BepInEx\Plugins directory within your VRising installation folder.
- Single Player Note:
- If you are playing in single player mode, you will need to install ServerLaunchFix. This is a server-side mod that is essential for making the commands work properly on the client side. Make sure to download and place it in the same BepInEx\Plugins directory.
- Launch the Game: Start VRising. If everything has been set up correctly, ChatWheel should now be active in the game. Test by typing.cw list.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
