About this mod Author’s original text
ArenaBuilds
ArenaBuilds is a lightweight, server-side mod for V Rising that allows players to instantly equip ready-to-use PvP builds via simple in-game commands.
It also provides commands to give yourself weapons or jewels to complete your build.
This mod is designed to streamline arena practice and fast-paced duels without the need to manually gear up.
Although it's primarily designed for arena use, it can also be leveraged to create highly specialized builds for PvE or other purposes.
🔧 Features
- Instantly equip a complete build with a single command, including:
- Blood type
- Fully attributed weapons
- Armor sets
- Abilities
- Jewels
- Passive spells
- Default builds are based on PVP_Preset
- Builds are fully customizable via the builds.json files
- A list of valid prefabName values is available here: VRising DB

- VampireCommandFramework (VCF)
📥 Installation
- Install BepInEx
Follow the guide here: BepInEx Installation Guide
- Download VampireCommandFramework (VCF)
- Download ArenaBuildsMod
Grab the BuildArena.dll and builds.json files from the Releases section.
- Place the files
- Move VampireCommandFramework.dll and BuildArena.dll to:
BepInEx/Plugins/
- Move builds.json to:
BepInEx/config/ArenaBuilds/
Note: The config folder may not exist until you've run the server at least once with BepInEx installed.
🐞 Known Issues
- give_jewel: Knockback spell mod doesn't work.
- The.clear_build command does not currently remove jewels. This is not a significant issue, as that functionality has not yet been implemented. 👀
🚧 Planned Features
- Save and restore your character’s original state before and after using a build.
- Automatically unlock abilities & passives if necessary
- Restrict.build usage to specific arena zones (can be toggled via config).
- Load several builds.json.
📝 Notes
- To control or limit commands access, I recommend using [VRoles Mod] VRoles Mod.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
