To spawn a game you must click the subscribe button to download it, then download it and then in a single player game spawn, make sure cheats are open and type @give <id>, or if you are on a server, type @give <player>/<id>. To use on a server, you need to install the mod to the server, but there are plenty of video guides.
As with all my gear, feel free to use it, including maps, mod packs, servers, videos, I just ask that you give me appropriate credit. However, this does not include using my assets (including unity3d files).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
