Vocaloid Items Replacer
Replaces the red and blue skulls with Kasane Teto and Hatsune Miku plushies, and the puzzle torch with Akita Neru. Includes custom pickup sounds for each item!

Installation (Mod Manager)
The easiest and recommended way to install this mod.
- Download and install r2modman or the Mod Manager.
- Click on Install with Mod Manager on this mod's page.
- Launch the game via the mod manager.
Manual Installation
If you prefer to install the mod manually:
- Download and install the latest version of BepInEx for ULTRAKILL.
- Download the.zip file of this mod and extract it.
- Drag and drop both MikuTetoSkulls.dll and the mikuteto_skulls asset bundle into your ULTRAKILL/BepInEx/plugins folder.
- Launch the game.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
