"HOW DO I GET THE FUNNY?"
If you have USTmanager installed, there should be a folder in your ULTRAKILL folder called "USTs". Drag or copypaste the folder into there.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ULTRAKILL\USTs
from there you should see the icon pop up ingame in the audio setting and USTmanager. if not, well shit.
DON'T TRY TO MOVE ANY OF THE MUSIC FILES INTO THEIR OWN FOLDERS OTHERWISE THE SHIT WILL FREAK OUT AND NOT WORK!! I DONT KNOW WHY EITHER!!

Because i don't know how TF "global" works lmao. also cybergrind can be done by itself, you just need a youtube downloader and mp3 converter (one that isn't infested with bugs and scams.)

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
