if you start a new save disable the thirst for blood mod finish the into then you can enable the mod back and have fun on a new save
also the game will have the damage sound play a lot so make sure you don't burst your ear drums
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
