Building yourself
FIRST OFF: This repository does NOT have all required libraries bundled. I explicitly left out ULTRAKILL's
Assembly-CSharp.dll, since it may infringe on hakita's copyright on it. If you want to build this mod, you will have to
get the assembly yourself.
- Get the Assembly-CSharp.dll file from /ULTRAKILL_Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp.dll
- Copy it into /libs/Assembly-CSharp.dll, create the libs folder if it doesn't exist
After this, you can continue with the regular build process:
- dotnet build
- Output will be in bin/Debug/netstandard2.1/FAAFO-QOL.dll
Features
Cheats
Invincibility
Temporary grants full invincibility against all damage sources without having to enable major assists and remember to
disable them
Commands
sv_cheats
Quickly allows you to enable cheats without having to do the konami code and pressing "Yes"
movementSpeed
Allows you to modify certain settings in the movement controller, like movement speed, jump power, etc
teleport
Enables you to teleport yourself to other locations or other enemies to you.
Notes:
- Enemies are automatically clamped to the nearest Y position once teleported. This is a hacky bug fix from PITR, and not an issue with the mod.
Suggestions
I am looking to improve this mod as far as I can get it, since this is my first actual, "useful" mod for the game. If
you find any bugs or have suggestions for more features in the future, please open an issue and tell me about it.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
