Added new Skellige-themed materials, armor, saddles, a new weapon, and changed the properties of the Winter Blade
I originally wanted to change the properties of the Winter Blade a bit. good. . . It turns out to be a lot more than that…
When I was almost done, I realized that some of the armors were already more or less in the game, but since I had already adjusted the NPC armors to fit Geralt, I decided to keep them.
To fully enjoy this DLC, you must own the expansions Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine.
This DLC is for regular new games only. Some data may not work properly in new game upgrades.
If you have any suggestions for balance, please let me know. I have a lot of trouble with balance, so if you feel like some of my equipment is underpowered, please let me know. I really appreciate your help.
What this MOD does is:
The Winter's Blade now has a static tier, with the intention of being a viable alternative to Craft Mastery wizard gear.
You can now upgrade the Winter Blade to further increase its damage and change its appearance.
There are 6 new sets of armor, each representing a Skellige family. There is also an advanced variable for each group.
Since they are master level items, they will gain additional random stats once crafted.
There are four new saddle colors.
Most items added with this DLC require a new crafting component: Skeleton Steel. This isn't the only new crafting component!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
