About this mod Machine translation
This mod replaces Tris's favorite red-haired avatar with the one used in The Witcher 2.
Content introduction:
This mod replaces Triss' head model and the head model used in The Witcher 2.
It's far from perfect, but I didn't encounter any serious bugs during my testing.
There are some flaws though, so if you're really picky, this mod isn't for you.
Some flaws I noticed the mod has:
- Neck seam (especially noticeable during romantic moments)
- Sometimes haircuts through the hood
- Slightly lower quality textures (now using edited Witcher 2 textures, I find it looks pretty good despite this)
- Some facial animations may look weird (eyelids/eyebrows), weights not adjusted perfectly

Install:
- Download the compressed package
- Unzip the file
- Copy the files to the MODS folder
- Run the game
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
