Overview
This mod aims to tastefully and completely transform Triss' wardrobe and style in the game. I'm new to the TW3 scene, and I'm surprised by the lack of options for changing character models. There are few options to tweak an NPC's wardrobe, the least of which are retweets or asset swaps. This page will serve as a repository for all updates I plan to make with Triss, so stay tuned! Once again, version 0.6.5 has me in a very different direction than I expected. I wasn't anticipating the semi-release, but upon request I'll upload it to prove I'm not just sitting on my hands. I started a tutorial series, released a Blender FBX plugin fix, and spent a lot of time doing R&D. I'll be targeting version 0.7 somewhere in the next two weeks or so. I have a lot of frustrations and I'm working on Triss' travel gear and I'm not satisfied yet.
Tweaked masquerade dresses (new iteration compared to my first mod). The gown is now a dress with added legs + feet. The same goes for slight texture changes.
Adjusted Corine Tilly's top to fit Triss instead of reusing the same torso. Retextured.
Adjusted Triss' full body mesh to avoid clipping.
Customize your tattoo while still using your skin texture.
New hairstyle based on Cerys' custom color.
The Witcher 1 Amulet from Scratch!
New underwear based on Triss underwear.
Stockings, unlined and textured based on Yennefer's DLC stockings.
New boots based on the Ciri DLC boots.
Nail texture.
Triss DLC's hair only has bangs.
Vivienne's hair model, but red.
Iris hair model, but red.

Make the Mods folder if you don't have one. 6. Launch the game and enable "Triss Appearance Overhaul" in the DLC menu. 7.
enjoy!
To uninstall, drag and drop each folder to remove it from the Witcher 3 directory.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
