Trebuchet - Catapult rebalanced

Restore the proper balance between the best and worst siege weapons.

Content introduction:

Any true connoisseur of medieval siege weapons will be surprised to learn that in The Witcher 3's Gwent, catapults are actually more powerful than trebuchets. Clearly, the Trebuchet was a far superior siege weapon, capable of firing 90kg projectiles over 300 meters using a counterweight. Can you stupid catapult do the same thing? I thought not.

This mod eliminates this heresy by setting the catapult's combat power to 4 points and eliminating the tight link ability - you're not going to make a good siege weapon by combining a bunch of pathetic siege weapons. On the other hand, it increases the power of Heavenly Trebuchet to 8 points.

serious talk:

This mod may or may not be completely serious. It went from initial idea to upload in less than 30 minutes, so it's been thoroughly tested. It might also delete your cat, eat your game, and kill the Oreos you want to chew on while playing Gwent's next relaxing game. Please do not consider the impact on balance.
