trade manager

TradeMan is simply an updated version of WVwFS (oh, my old name was terrible) that allows you to completely customize your trading to your needs.

TradeMan available options:

Merchant Available Funds [%] - Adjusts the initial funds available, the maximum funds and the amount of funds added when the merchant refreshes.

Player Item Percentage Value - Adjusts the amount merchants pay for your items.

Merchant Item Percentage Value - Adjusts the amount a player has to pay for an item.

Days to Replenish Merchant - Adjust the number of days it takes to refresh a merchant's available funds and merchandise.

All values except Restock1 are percentages. The value of player goods relative to the value of merchant goods. A quick example makes it clear:

through

100 12 62 7

100 50 62 31

200 50 124 62

How to install:

1a. Download and activate using NMM.

1B. Manually download and extract the "modTradeMan" folder to The Witcher 3 home directory\mods folder. (e.g. D:\TheWitcher3\mods).

2A. Run the "copy_bin.bat" file located in the \mods\ModTradeMan folder to automatically copy the bin folder.

2B. Move the bin folder in TheWitcher3\mods\modTradeMan folder to TheWitcher3 home directory.

If in doubt please check the screenshots.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
