This is just a reset preset.
You need to install reshade from here: Reshade.me
When you install it, browse to your game .exe and select direct x 10+ and install the preset. They all are.
Then placed my preset in the folder where the game .exe is. In Ingame, press shift + f2 and go to the + sign at the top and select my preset.
If you wish, you can turn some effects on and off, such as Vignette which I have included but disabled. You just need to enable it.

- Unzip the file
- Copy the files to the x64 folder
- Run the game
