Zip the folder, then go to your wizard folder, then go to content\content0\scripts\game\gameplay\items\spells.
The default installation to Steam should look like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\content\content0\scripts\game\gameplay\items\spells.
There just swap yrdenEntity.ws and you're done
