It changes Geralt's facial texture to be closer to an elven texture, with no beard shading and more pronounced cheekbones.

It also changes the old blue stripe tattoo to Ives' pure tattoo. His Witcher 2 tattoo is a bit low definition and doesn't go anywhere, so I have no idea what the rest of his body will look like, and after a few tests I found that not only was it difficult to place the tattoo on the body and have it continue to the neck, but it also didn't look good because the body textures use a lower resolution.

I also decided to change the angle because this is where Geralt's scar is and the camera often focuses on Geralt's left side when editing. The same goes for tattoos.

I also started working on a version for dark hair, but I didn't like the results at all. Geralt's hair color remains white/grey with vanilla, but would look too bright paired with Nvidia's hairstyle. If anyone could tell me how to change the color of Geralt's vanilla hair I would really appreciate it.

There is also an alternative file with green eyes. I recommend you use it as well to get the full Iorveth experience. Oh yeah, there's support for Hearts of Stone.
