This is a ReShade preset designed to remove blur and produce clean and enhanced images. The result is a subtle effect where the game's base colors and tones remain the same as the vanilla game, but the image is sharpened and improved while maintaining acceptable frame rates and performance. It also avoids too many sharpness distortion menus, which is an issue I have with many other ReShades.
To install, simply unzip the folder to where the game installation/executable (witcher3.exe) is located, usually in C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64. Make sure you have Reshade Framework installed before this and overwrite all files with mine. In-game, you can use the Scroll Lock key to directly compare opening and closing presets. I recommend turning off game sharpening for best results.
