Tomes also have properties, introducing a new set of "Spell Tomes" items that, when equipped in a trophy slot, can modify your emblem.

Introducing "Spell Tomes" - a new set of items to modify your tokens when in trophy slots. Game data for items, effects, and loot entries are added via DLC folders for compatibility with other mods.

Throughout the game, you'll find books in select stores. They also appear in specific loot locations throughout the game starting early in White Orchard. Starting at character level 10, they are integrated into random loot as high-quality rare treasures. If you just want to start using them right away, you can use the console command "addalltomes" (as of 1.2), or add them via the add item console command (see the "posts" tab of the project name).

All slide spells have associated visual and/or audio effects when cast or used.

cold breath

Added two versions of the Aard logo with frost damage and freezing effects.

Damage and effect duration levels versus Aard symbol strength.

Damage is reduced when alternating casting is used.

Tempest's Fury

Added impact damage to both versions of the Aard logo.

Damage level is consistent with Aard symbol strength.

Damage is reduced when alternating casting is used.

Compared to Breath of Winter, this spell has higher damage and less reduction when using Alternate Cast.

frost-freeze

Surround yourself with an aura of frost, damaging any melee attackers and having a chance to freeze.

Greatly increases your resistance to frost damage and freezing.

Duration, damage and freeze effects apply chance level and Aard symbol strength.

Only one "Aura" spell can be active at a time.

Change the local weather to sunny.

By replacing the Aard flag.

Summon the Storm-Ade

Turn the local weather into a storm.

By replacing the Aard flag.

Curse the enemy, reducing their attack power and movement speed.

The duration of the effect is proportional to the axial intensity.

Consumption Vitality-Axis

Drain life force from your enemies, damaging them while healing yourself.

Damage and healing levels scale with your Axii symbol strength.

Alternating symbol casting increases spell power, increasing damage and healing.

Witchfire-Axiom

Surround yourself with an aura of black magic, cursing any melee attacker.

Affected targets suffer reduced attack power and movement speed.

Effect duration is proportional to the strength of your Axii symbol.

Only one "Aura" spell can be active at a time.

Coke-Igni

Focuses your Igni constellation on a target, dealing fire damage and a chance to cause Burn.

Fire damage and burning effects apply chance, duration, and damage per second level with Igni signature intensity.

Alternating symbol casting increases spell power, increasing damage and chance of effect application.

This is a "conversion spell" and changes your Axii symbol into the second form of Igni.

Hellfire-Igni

Your Igni Constellation creates a weakening effect, making enemies more vulnerable to weapon attacks.

You gain increased critical strike chance and an attack penalty against enemies.

Duration and attack power bonus levels scale with your Igni signature strength.

Penalties can be applied via any form of Igni.

Hell-Igni

Surround yourself with an aura of fire, damaging any melee attackers and having a chance to cause Burning.

Greatly increases your resistance to fire damage and burning.

Duration, damage, and burning effects apply chance level with your Igni symbol strength.

Only one "Aura" spell can be active at a time.

Cauterize-Igni

If you are below 50% of your maximum, a portion of your health is instantly healed.

The stronger the treatment, the lower your vitality.

The amount of treatment is proportional to the intensity of the Igni sign
