What this script does is send the space bar every 5 milliseconds and all dialogue and animations will be skipped almost immediately.
You can run the .exe file directly, or download the autohotkey script and modify it yourself.
It is coded not to run outside of the witcher3.exe window, so you can safely select alt tabs without being hindered by this script.
