This MOD adds 9 new sets of armor and suit attributes
Additional relic set armor + set bonus
introduce
This mod adds 9 new sets of armor to the game (including set bonuses), and actually now reuses existing mods (since I don't have time to make new ones right now). Enjoy using a complete assassin set, OFIR set or starting armor with set bonuses with this mode!
This mod is (almost) complete, ready to play, and will (aside from restoration) remain as is. That said, there are some decisions to be made when it comes to adding collection items that I'm not entirely sure about. I'd love to hear suggestions to finish this model/rework it/make something completely new or add a different version of it.
This mod is actually designed around the excellent Ghost Mode, which I think is new to vanilla and which I recommend going with. (Thanks to wghost for allowing me to upload the compatibility patch.) The normal version is not compatible because Ghost mode moves bits of code to different locations. See the compatibility section below for installation!
New capabilities
- Vibrant foundry logo
-A chance to restore the tie-down rope when an enemy dies.
-Severe crossbow attack
-Auxiliary weapon damage bonus
Compatibility and installation
-This mod modifies quite a few files (had to be, because of all the extra setup bonuses I had to add and trigger). Therefore, this model will not be (directly) compatible with the larger overhauled model, which also has changed combat mechanics.
-It should be compatible with most mods, if not I will upload a patch.
A.Installation
Recommendation: Use Stefan3372's amazing switcher 3 mod installer (manager):
- Download the mod file and click "Install" in the mod installer. (Automatically installed correctly)
Merge files! (see below)
Manual installation
- Download the zip file.
2a. Place the "mod0setpiecessgm" folder in the "mods" folder of the witcher 3 directory.
2b. Place "dlcspgm" in the dlc folder of the switcher 3 directory.
2c. Place the "bin" folder in your switcher 3 directory. (Already have one, don't worry, it will add a file)
three. Copy the lines from user.settings.part.txt in the user.settings file (usually found in documents\the switcher 3)
Merge files! (see below)
B. Merge
- If there are multiple mods that modify the same file, the merge script merges!
- Start the game and restart the game again after the first time.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
