Quicksaving is very useful, but it's often out of reach for those who play games and don't want to mess around with macro utilities. Result 4 is the exception, and if you've played the game you'll probably recognize the solution provided here. It just makes the first menu entry a quick save button so it's always only 2 presses.
It also removes redundant Resume options. Almost every other menu in the game is closed by clicking the back button, and now the main menu does the same.
Install
Extract the files to the mods folder using NMM or manually;
Run script merge to identify and resolve potential conflicts with other mods.
Known issues
Not all languages are localized (check the Changes section for the list of translations added so far). You can help improve this by telling me what "Quicksave" translates to in your language. (use comment section)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
