New frontiers and border travel for 1.31

1.31/GOTY-compatible version of smalldjo's Travel Through Borders teleportation mode, plus a redesigned option that allows hotkeys to be used to enable/disable teleportation and simply explore outside the borders of each area.

Option 1 - New Frontier

This uses smalldjo's Travel Through Borders as a base, but provides more flexibility for those who wish to choose to explore beyond the borders of each area without immediately teleporting. It does not include the in-game mod menu. Instead, you can use hotkeys to enable/disable teleportation (you will need the Hotkey Paradise mod). This way you can disable the teleport port most of the time if you want, and bypass zone boundaries for as long as you want (or until you fall off the map). For example, if you wish to run to Kaer Morhen at the start of the game, or prefer to travel around instead of fast traveling and want to travel directly through White Orchard, you can easily teleport with the press of a button. Option 2 - Travel through the border 1.31

This is just a compatibility update for smalldjo's Travel Through Borders mod, allowing people on 1.31/GOTY to use it. I take no credit for the mod itself. All I did was transfer his existing code into the correct GOTY file.

Install:

• Download the compressed package
• Unzip the file
• Copy the files to the MODS folder
• Run the game
