This is my first mod and a very simple one. Made it for myself, thought it wouldn't hurt to share. The loot drop rate for smaller red, blue, and green mutagens is now 1%.
Obviously if you want to start another game then these mods will be made. However, it also works on NG+!
An alternative version of the mod (LessMutagenAlt) strongly reduces and balances the likelihood of finding red, green or blue mutagens. They can now be found on all nest bosses. The chance of finding monster-specific mutagens (for most monsters) has been increased (3x = 30% instead of 10%) so that you can obtain the now-valuable mutagens through dismantling.
