I don't like having other items on my screen all the time but don't like opening my inventory just to see what items I currently have set up. So I made some changes based on Germ1nal (Buffs in the Menu mod) and did the same thing but showed the additional items.
They will be displayed regardless of other item settings in HUD options, just like the buffs in patch 1.20.

Install:
