About this mod Machine translation
Just a small edit to Geralt's head model to make his face look less "full". There are some sunken cheeks and a slightly longer chin and nose. Fully compatible with HOS/tattoo heads and any other head textures.

Extract the content and place "modHeadTweak" in the mods folder
