About this mod Machine translation
Upgrade the vanilla texture, add stripe scars on the neck, and correct eyebrow scars.
Introduction:
This mod aims to stay true to Geralt's vanilla face textures while enhancing them in a few ways. This mod is for vanilla purists who also want to add legend-friendly additions to Geralt's face that should have been there from the start.
This mod adjusts Geralt's face in the following ways:
- Use AI upgrades to enhance skin and body textures. (zoom in and you'll see the big difference in quality)
- Added the Striga scar on his neck (to keep with the lore in the book).
- Corrected the scar on Geralt's left eyebrow.
- Combined with my standalone poison mask repair mod to repair the neck seam under high toxicity.
- (Optional) Includes white eyebrow version.

- This mod is fully compatible with any and all eye mods.
- This mod is fully compatible with 1.32 and next-gen versions.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
