Why?

I was very disappointed when I learned that Loanshark no longer sells Florence, so I re-enabled it via this mod.
Install
Simple Zip file to install via mod manager, or simply extract in The Witcher 3 mods folder.
Comment
The mod mentions "people" because some tweaks have been made to try to add them to the loan shark vendor item list. The modification doesn't seem to be working, so it's still a work in progress.
