About this mod Machine translation
This mod fixes a bug where mutagens didn't stack up in the 2nd round.
In a recent patch (around 1.30), CDPR added a change that allows mutagens to stack in the game.
This is a nice addition, however, CDPR forgot to make the same changes in the NG+ files.
This leads to two problems:
When the player activates an ng+, all mutagens (red, green, blue, and monsters) are reduced to 1. No matter how many people there are in a normal game.
In ng+, no mutagens stack anymore.
This model can solve both problems.
Installing this mod before starting ng+ should allow all mutagens to be imported (and stacked) from the normal game.
If the player has started an ng+. Then perform the following steps:
Install the module.
Start the game. Load ng+save file.
Go to inventory. Under the Alchemy category, find all mutagens.
Put down all mutagens.
Exit the "Inventory" menu.
Pick up all the mutagens on the ground.
conflict:
This mod edits the project xml. This means it may conflict with other modes of editing mutagens. This mod keeps all mutagens in its vanilla game's data.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
