Fix for Euphoria (1.31)

Here's a simple fix for Euphoria mutations.

I've encountered many germs with euphoric mutations:

The cowhide will only be given after drinking the soup, not the potion, but if you have already drank the cowhide, the cowhide will increase with the potion.

Whether you're in a fight or not, drinking soup will build muscle.

The effect remains on the HUD even after it drops to 0%.

I'm not sure if the intended behavior is just to add an effect during combat and remove it after combat, but the description makes no mention of combat. (Also, states like "in combat" and "in combat" don't exist in the real world, it's just a way to simplify the game.)

Different versions:

modFixEuphoriaAl.: As long as you're toxic, you'll get euphoria.

modFixEuphoriaCombat: As long as you have poison, in combat, you will get the effect.

modFixEuphoriaCombatStart: Similar to modFixEuphoriaCombat, except that the effect is not removed after combat. This prevents the player from noticing the end of the battle (similar to non-auto sheath mods)

Just tell me if you need other variations.

Update 1.1:

Every version exists now, there's no glow effect, there's a euphoria effect whenever you hit something.

Install:

Unzip the files in the "mods" folder in the main game directory of Witcher 3 or use a mod manager. Use script merge to resolve script issues.
