About this mod Machine translation
Entaglement runeword deletes the latest Yrden trap instead of the oldest trap.
Are you angry at Entaglement for removing the Yrden trap?
Wouldn't it be cool if Entaglement didn't hit one of these traps?
With this mod, Entaglement will attempt to remove Yrden traps previously set by this symbol word, and then remove traps set by the player.
Example:
Player places Yrden. We have:
PlayerYrden1
Player places another yrden. It will add at the end of the 'queue':
PlayerYrden1,PlayerYrden2
Player places another yrden. It will remove the first yrden placement:
PlayerYrden2,PlayerYrden3
This is how it works in vanilla and still works with my mod.
Now the player places alt-yrden. It shoots enemies and places its own yrden traps. But it is not added to the end but to the beginning of the queue:
EntaglementYrden1, PlayerYrden3
It shoots again. Another entry yrden is added but this time it will replace the first entry yrden:
EntaglementYrden2, PlayerYrden3
PlayerYrden3 will not be replaced until it expires or the player casts the standard yrden, like this:
PlayerYrden3,PlayerYrden4
I believe it would be especially useful with the full GM Gryphon set.
Install
Download a mod and extract it to the "path\to\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods\" directory.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
