E3 Flares Flares
About this mod Machine translation
E3 Flares Flares
Compatible with all lighting modules.
Update 1.1:
Thanks to KNG , there is now a standalone version that does not need to be merged with the script.
What it does:
This mod brings back the anamorphic lens flare seen in the E3 2013 Debut trailer.
Install:
Drag and drop the two folders ("Mods" and "DLC") into the Witcher 3 root folder.
No script merging is required as it does not conflict with any files, it is completely self-contained.
It is recommended to use More Shadows and More Shadows for Toussaint.
Acknowledgments:
Big thanks to Murzinio and Reaperrz for helping me complete the script.
Also a huge thanks to Scoutbr0 for checking my code and helping me complete the environment.
Thanks to KNG for making a standalone version that doesn't require merging.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
