Complete animations are dynamic packs for regular actions, you should have animations like drinking, eating, oiling, etc. and have full control over them in the mode menu.

Due to requests, this mod is pulled from another mod of mine called Primal Needs. Do not use this mod with Primal Needs

It may sound similar to the Extra Animations mod (it's an amazing mod! Try it) but I've improved the animation system in several ways:

  • CA uses synchronized animation playback, which means it allows chain animations to provide a greater variety of animations and almost complete control over them
  • Animations can be interrupted seamlessly. To interrupt the animation, press "Jump" ("Dodge" in combat). Interruptions have also been smoothed.
  • The new animation uses a blend between them and the existing animation to provide a more natural feel rather than a collision when transitioning from one to another
  • Before any animation Geralt will always animate or draw the correct sword first, he will also reattach it back later if it needs to end during the animation (e.g. oiling animation)
  • The cartoon features movable eating animations that allow you to move and dodge while drinking and eating, and also doesn't let you aim the sword before doing so
  • No .w2anim file editing so no weird flying insects. Everything is done via script.
  • The biggest advantage of CA is customization. You can easily turn each animation off or on, and also change the speed of each animation to your liking!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
