About this mod Machine translation
This mod allows you to disable/enable Geralt's battle mode and mode stance at any time. Now, you can join the battle.
Tired of being stuck in some places in Skellige, I made this mod to disable Geralt's
Battle mode, can jump again
This is a simple hack and has some bugs. picture:
-For example, if you knock out a New Wiggler soldier, or knock down another undead NPC, the battle won't end until you escape or the NPC comes back to life
- If you lock onto a target (hotkey Z by default) and disable combat mode, the camera will break (you can't move the camera) until you unlock the target
I only use this when I'm stuck somewhere with no escape or something
This is my first model! Stay calm!
Update to patch 1.22 (B&W):
Mod updated for new patch 1.22
I made some improvements on this module and added a game menu with localized keys, since you have to install a custom localization module for this to work.
How to use:
- In order to disable/enable combat mode, one must hold left shift and press C.
-For disabled/enabled combat status, hold C for less than 1 second (this key continues to work to unlock the sword, just press it quickly).
Install:
Completely remove any previous versions of this mod!
Use NMM or unzip the file and paste mod.bleCombatMode into the Witcher 3 mods folder:
<The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt 3>/mods
You need to add an input action:
4- Copy the bin folder (in my mods folder) to the Witcher 3 game folder.
5- When you first run the game with the mod, enter the menu and set the variables of the mod
If you have any compatibility issues, please use script merge.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
