Installation instructions:
When you close the game, place both the PNG and the save file into C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\The Witcher 3\gameaves. Start and look for ManualSave_CleanStart.
I made this save game for people who are trying to debug their mod selections and don't want to go through the pain of opening up cinematic and tutorial sections.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
