Caparison of Lament

Fixed Roach's eyes while equipping Lament (aka Devil's Saddle).

Lament's Caparison, also known as the "Devil's Saddle," is without a doubt a very unique and awesome piece of equine equipment. Unfortunately, for some strange reason, the developers thought it would be a good idea to make it look as if the eyes weren't present at all; this should actually look like it's intended, which is pretty obvious from the game files.

That being said, it's actually buggy, at least to an extent: whenever you're outside of Toussaint, the texture on Roach's full eye (i.e. the one that's not the glowing white ball) is applied incorrectly. Everywhere else in the world, it's still there, but with partial skin texture.

Let's ignore that complete eye glitch. How about the other one?

Everyone who has ever used 3D modeling software (like Blender, Autodesk, etc.) can tell that this "evil eye" is actually just a completely untextured field. In other words: whatever the intent, it still looks like a damn "missing texture" bug!

solution

This mod removes the scary white orbs and restores Roach's eyes to normal in every corner of the world. Other effects such as black smoke, flies and fear aura remain unchanged. Enjoy your saddle in a hassle-free way, just like it was meant to be from the start.
