Ancient Leshen Decoction in the unmodified game is bugged, and instead of providing a stamina regeneration bonus for every token using it does the following:

Award stamina recovery points.

Install
Download a mod and extract it to the "path\toThe Witcher 3 Wild Huntmods\" directory.
