I've never paid much attention to adrenaline and it doesn't seem to be useful at all to me, so I decided to use it as a little 'buff' to add to the gameplay.

Start Slow Motion (Amount of Adrenaline) - How much adrenaline do you need to start slow motion
Start slow motion - how much slow motion you will get when you reach the specified adrenaline level
The Ultimate SlowMotion - Reach Maximum Adrenaline
Slow motion after 1 is 100% game speed (0% deceleration), 0.05 is 5% game speed (95% deceleration)
Just make sure the final slowmo is always equal to or lower than the start :)
For example, you could set an 80% slowmo to start when you have 0.5 adrenaline points, and decrease smoothly to 60% when you reach 3 adrenaline points. If you set "Slow Motion Start" to 3, then when you reach maximum adrenaline, the game will slow down to the designated "Final Slow Motion".
