Characters, Monsters and Weapons ported from TW2
TW2 retexture:
- High definition 4K textures and meshes ported from TW2
-Character skin has been reworked to be more natural (slightly paler) and have more visible details, scars, pores and blemishes
-Mesh made of high polymer 3X
content:
-This model modifies Rosh, Veda, Leto, Zoltan, Vesemir (only facing TW1), Nifgaard Knight, Necker, Ghost, Hobbit, Araka, Drunkard
-It also adds some new weapons via DLC: Anathema, White Wolf, Espadon (Leto's TW2 sword), Iorveth's Bow, Barber and Roche's Flamberge
- All new items can be accessed via console commands (shown below, or from Hattori in Novigrad)
- Version A mod replaces Roche and Ves' TW2 textures and meshes
- Version B mod replaces Roche and Ves with Hogg's Iorveth and Saskya mods (we are using with his explicit permission)
- NPC weapon files have the same textures added, but also added code for Roche, Iorveth and Letho to use the new DLC weapons
Instructions for use:
-If you only want retextures just install modAssassinsOfKings files (A or B version) to the Mods folder
- If reextraction and new items are required, you must install both the selected version of the modNPC_Weapons file (version A or B of the Mods folder, and ALSO the DLC_TW2_Weapons file to the DLC folder
-If you want to have a TW2 Geralt rework as well, I highly encourage you to use this excellent mod by TudorAdrian and TheCrasher

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
