Shrimp suit jet upgrade

Prawn suit jump jet now works on water. Additionally, the mod adds new shrimp suit upgrades that allow the thrusters to work longer before needing to be recharged.

This mod adds a new upgrade module to the shrimp suit - the Thruster Optimizer. It allows the thrusters to work longer before needing to be recharged (by default, it is 2x longer). This module is not stackable. You can make it on the Vehicle Upgrade Console. ItemID is "PrawnThrustersOptimizer".

This mod also improves the vanilla Jump Jet upgrade so that it will work on water, but it will use additional thrust and power.

All parameters can be configured in config.json in the mod folder, and the default values ​​are more or less balanced.

Configuration:

increaseThrustReserve: How long the thruster works, the default is "2". But the charging speed remains the same, so a full charge also takes 2 times longer.

jetPowerAboveWater: The higher the number, the higher and faster the flight. The default is "6". It does not change the jetting behavior underwater.

Extra Speculated Water Consumption: How much extra thrust is used on the surface, defaults to "3.0", which means it's always 4 times more than underwater.

additionalPowerConsumptionAboveWater: How much additional power is used on the water surface when the thruster is activated. The default is "0.2", which means it adds an additional 0.2 energy units per second.
