About this mod Machine translation
IMPORTANT: Season 2 compatibility patch applied.
Well guys, here's the Rashid pattern requested by community member DeLeavelli. It gave him a pair of Nike Air Mags and his story costume (the futuristic shoes from the 1985 classic "Back to the Future"). This was a request a long time ago and it also piqued my interest, but the problem was with the prototype of Nike Air Mags.
I couldn't model something as complex as this so I looked around but could hardly find anything until two professional modelers named Dabhong and Darkstormweb got my attention as they had the original models of the Air Mags, these were commercial models and expensive but the two authors were kind enough to give them for free when I told them what I was going to do with them.
After some testing I ended up using Darkstormweb's model as it's slightly less poly which makes it easier to use, but Darkstormweb's model doesn't have the Nike tick symbol on the side, although luckily I managed to make one myself.
Hats off to those who keep their feet on the ground and believe in sharing and supporting the mod community like this!
As always, please see the readme.pdf file. If you are using MM version then use Fluffy's mod manager, if you are using PAK version then use Frosthaven's mod manager, these two are the authoritative way to install mods and save you from unnecessary troubles.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
