Sagat's C1 doesn't have the cape/cape thing. I find it a bit bulky.
PMM is currently down (probably until October is my guess) so you can use the ~mods folder method to install the .pak and it should work fine.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
