Casual Outfit Birdie Mod

About this mod Machine translation
Finally done!
I based it on one of Capcom's unused Birdie concepts.
Birdie thinks he's doing really well in SF5, but I don't think anyone can beat him because he looks so good. Maybe a slightly less crude costume would get people to try him out?
(Shout-out to Chris on the SRK forums, who said the Japanese concept art title was casual clothing. I don't understand Japanese well enough to tell him different, so we're stuck there).
Birdie is difficult to modify for a lot of reasons I won't bore you with - having to learn something new to even get him to this point.
I'd fix some of the problems if I could, but I made it look like he could use what I knew how to do.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
