Choose between halved or free. For example, Container Fort requires 3500 influence points and requires 8 survivors. This mod makes it cost only 1,750 influence points and require 4 survivors, or 0 influence points and 1 survivor.
Extract this file to %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Dayton_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\StateOfDecay2\Saved\Cooked (note that it is in a different location than the packaged file)
