This mod removes the timer in the mission so that other survivors don't get angry as you slowly make your way to them. I did the "Freak in the House" quest alone because, in my mind, the timer made sense. Traders also trade on time. You'll still receive reminders to complete tasks, but you can now complete them whenever you want.
