✨ Module Introduction
This is a Chinese localization patch for the food module of "Stardew Valley"! 🎮 This patch is specially localized for the exquisite food adding module produced by ZoeyHoshi.
📝 Installation instructions
- This patch only contains Chinese files
- You need to download the original module first
- Place the zh.json file in the compressed file into the i18n folder under the original MOD folder
🍽️ Chinese characteristics
Intelligent translation strategy
Based on the previous experience of localizing Minecraft modules, this localization has taken preventive measures against the phenomenon of duplicate module names:
- **Steak** → medium-rare steak (indicates its undercooked state)
- **Lamb chops** → Charcoal grilled lamb chops (to avoid the same name as the lamb chops in the Animal Husbandry module)
Detailed optimization
- Add detailed instructions based on the stickers and descriptions
- Make it easier for players to identify and differentiate
- Prevent possible name duplication in other module translations in the future
⚙️ Prerequisites
This module has two optional pre-modules:
- Rose cruety Meat
- Animal Husbandry
In the module configuration menu, a supplementary explanation has been added to the N network tail number of the front module to facilitate player identification.

🎯 **Warm reminder**: This Chinese patch focuses on providing an accurate and considerate localization experience, so that Chinese players can better enjoy the fun brought by the food module!
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
