Stardew Valley Maps Retouched
🌳 Module introduction
The original map itself is well designed, but with the use of various mods, the map can appear too empty. This mod solves this problem by adding more trees, shrubs, and grass to each map, making the environments look more substantial and vibrant.
✨ Beautify content
- Added stone brick decoration around JojaMart
- Reduced the amount of dirt in mountain and rail areas
- Expanded the Secret Forest and added more tree stumps
- Redesigned the summit area to make it look greener
- Note: This is not a recolor mod! You will need additional mods to implement the recolor functionality
⚠️ Notes
- Currently most festival maps are not included and will be added in subsequent updates
- There are no plans to beautify the beach and desert maps yet.
- Not compatible with Stardew Valley Expansion Mod (SVE) by default
-Mod authors are free to create compatible patches without permission
✅ Compatible mods

- Ridgeside Village

Thanks to BeazNees for making the Hilltop Bench and its recolored version and allowing me to use them!
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
